Standardized operating procedure(SOP)

Our team members follow a SOP to execute all the services. SOP is prepared in such a way that

• All the latest updates/amendments of law are considered while executing the work
• Maker checker concept is included. Work done by one person is reviewed by another to avoid any human clerical errors
• Ample time is provided to clients for their review
• A 360-degree review of the work is made by the team from all the aspects including aspects not covered under the scope of services for the welfare of the client.

This SOP is reviewed at regular intervals to meet the ever-changing demands. Quality of service is given utmost priority in Pramod Vaidya & Associates. SOP is prepared and followed every team member follows to provide our clients with exemplary services.

We are a paperless office. We deploy all the best technologies to execute our work. We have designed our office in such a way that we are ready to be adopted to all the technologies. We use Microsoft office, accounting applications such as Tally , Zoho ,SAP and tax filing software such as Winman in our office. Most of the client meeting are held virtually.
